Shipping Process
We ship worldwide. Most of our orders go out within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping in the United States generally takes 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. Expedited generally takes 2-3 business days.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Tracking information will also be provided via email once item(s) have shipped.
Exchange Process
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any items, however, we will provide an opportunity for an exchange for reasons of our fault (i.e., wrong size sent, etc.).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if it's a return or an exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and your item(s) will be shipped (refer to 'Shipping Process' above).
